Who are we?
We are a small Domestic Heating Service Company that specialise in the repair, servicing & installation of Domestic Heating Appliances, in Bristol and the surrounding areas, we carry out landlords gas safety inspections (CP12) and issue energy performance certificates (EPC).
We investigate/detect and repair water leaks from central heating/domestic supplies in floors and walls using non-destructive techniques, with the use of thermal imaging cameras, electronic sound detectors and using tracer gas.
We carry out Domestic Thermal Imaging Surveys on properties, to highlight and report on any abnormalities that may be present within the building i.e. draughts/faulty or missing insulation.
We also carry out inspection of PhotoVoltaic Panels (P.V.) using the thermal cameras to detect any faults/defects in the output efficiency (overheating).
What we do
- Install, repair and service domestic gas boilers, water heaters, fires and cookers.
- Install, supply, service and repair solar thermal hot water systems.
- We are Energy Efficiency Certified, and as such we only Install and recommend high quality Gas Condensing Boilers such as the Worcester Bosch or Valliant, and only install controls which are of a very high standard.
- Carry out Power Flushing to clean out the Heating System of sludge and blockages to improve efficiency, using thermal cameras to confirm the removal of blockages/sediment.
- Issue landlord gas safety inspections (CP12).
