3. Prices
The price of the goods is set out on the website.
The price is in Great Britain Pounds sterling & includes all taxes or other duties due, excluding value added tax, charged at the rate or rates applicable at the date of confirmation of the order and delivery charges.
4. Completing The Contract
The contract for sale by us to you of the goods, is completed when the payment has been received and cleared by our bank.
5. Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your goods will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
Delivery of goods will be to the address specified by you at the time of order only, and will take place on a week day. Delivery times will be specified a.m. or p.m.
Weekend delivery may be requested, but an additional delivery charge will apply
If Delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we may contact you to attempt to make an alternative arrangement for delay
No compensation will be paid if delivery has failed the allocated day/time
If the address you supplied to us has any mistake or address error, or nobody in to sign for goods, causing the delivery to fail, then we will re-send your purchase, but the previous delivery charge will be charged again
6. Cancellation Of Orders And Returns
After goods have been dispatched, you cannot cancel this order
All goods should immediately be inspected by the Customer for damage, as after the Delivery Driver has left no refund can be given
Any damages must immediately be reported to us, and we will advise the Customer what will happen next, but at any rate the damaged items will be collected and exchanged and any costs will be covered by us
If any goods are found to be faulty, Customer must contact us as soon as possible, and we will advise as to what steps are to be taken next
7.Warranty
All goods carry at least 1 years guarantee by ourselves, some items have longer guarantees which will be covered by the manufacture
8. Extent Of Cover
We make every effort to ensure the goods advertised for sale on the website are described accurately, however the description of goods on the website do not form part of the contract between you and us.
They are designed to present a general idea of usage and examples of uses by the goods. You should ensure that the goods which you are purchasing from us, are suitable for your intended purpose. We do not give any warranty that the goods which you purchase from us are suitable for your intended purpose.
We will not be held liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any usage of the goods or any breach by us of this contract, including but not limited to consequential loss to you and/or loss to damage to the property of third parties. In any event our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the goods only. This clause does not affect your statuary rights.
