All correspondence is by telephone or preferably e mail, once the order request has been received by Appliance Services (with the exact order details- Name, Address (including postcode) and Telephone number, a return e mail will be sent with the exact costs (including delivery charges).
On acceptance you must pay for the goods by using Pay Pal, once the monies have been received and cleared by the bank, the goods will be despatched and an e mail sent giving the approximate delivery time/day.
We aim to get all goods delivered within 14 working days, but will advise if any items are not in stock, and if delivery may take longer than expected.
A signature for the goods will be required on delivery, to confirm goods have been received in good condition.
